About SmartDevTools
SmartDevTools is a free collection of developer tools that run in your web browser. It is built and maintained by SmarTech Apps (smartechapps.com), a developer of mobile and web applications.

- JSON Editor & JSON Toolkit — format, validate, minify, repair, convert, and inspect JSON.
- String Editor & String Toolkit — hundreds of text and string utilities with live statistics.
- Epoch / Timestamp Converter & Timestamp Toolkit — convert Unix timestamps and work with dates and times.
- Whiteboard / Flowcharts — sketch diagrams and flowcharts in the browser.
- Everyday developer utilities — Base64, JWT decoder, regex tester, UUID and hash generators, URL encoder, REST API tester, and more.
Privacy by design
Most tools work entirely in your browser. The text, JSON, or other data you paste into them is not uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details, including the few tools that contact third-party services at your request.
How the site is funded
SmartDevTools is free to use. To cover hosting and development, the site displays advertising. We keep ads away from the editing areas so they do not get in the way of your work.
